Exterior Brick: Pressure Washing & Paint

Applied cleaning solution and pressure washed all exterior brick. Applied primer to exterior brick and applied a satin finish coat to exterior brick.

Scuffed all exterior frames with 120 grit sandpaper. Scraped any loose paint or caulking off of exterior frames. Primed all bare wood on frames. Caulked all cracks on frames. Applied 2 finish coats on window frames, garage door frames and entry door frames.

Prepped and painted front door and frame.

Aluminum Siding: Pressure Washing & Exterior Paint

Applied cleaning solution and pressure washed all siding. Scraped, sand chipped and peeled paint on siding, shutters and wood trim. Applied primer to all siding, shutters and wood trim. Applied 2 finish coats to all siding, shutters and wood trim.

Basement Ceiling: Drywall, Spackle & Paint

  • Installed drywall
  • Taped & spackled
  • Sanded
  • Applied primer
  • Applied 2 finish coats of flat extra white ceiling paint

Ceiling: Repair & Paint

  • Scraped all loose paint
  • Oil primed all water stains
  • Caulked cracks, spackled & sanded
  • Applied primer
  • Applied 2 finish coats of flat extra white ceiling paint

Railing: Sanding & Stain

Sanded entire surface of railing with 220 grit sandpaper and then thoroughly cleaned the surface. Applied 2 coats of stain to railing.

Apartment: Repair & Paint

  • Spackled all imperfections on ceiling and walls
  • Caulked cracks on trim
  • Applied 2 finish coats of flat extra white ceiling paint on ceiling
  • Spot primed and applied 2 finish coats on walls (above and below chair rail)
  • Applied 2 finish coats to trim and chair rail
